It has been a very quiet week for the Folkestone Running and Athletics club this week with no racing and Folkestone parkrun was cancelled. But did this stop FRAC members? No this gave them the opportunity for a little parkrun tourism! Yes our members travelled far and wide this weekend to run a parkrun 5k. From the ‘one where it all began’ Bushy Park all the way to Fort William, with FRAC members attending no less than 19 different parkrun venues all over the country.
