Carrie Thomas wrote this about her race “I achieved at PB at Folkestone Coastal 10K yesterday, and crossed the line in 51.04. I just wanted to beat last year’s time of 54.42 and had no idea I had got a PB too! I got a stitch in the last few miles but kept pushing to the end. I was overjoyed by the result. It was a great race with a very friendly atmosphere. Weather was spot on!”
