We train Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6.45pm, at Three Hills Sports Park.
Arrive in enough time to complete a solo warm-up and dynamic stretching before the session begins at 6:45pm.
The session runs for approx 45 – 60 minutes and are led by our coaches in accordance with our 8 week plan.

Cross country training
From Saturday 9 October, we will host fortnightly cross country training for all abilities at Brockhill Country Park.
Training will run from at 9am to 10am for senior members only.
This is a great chance to test spikes or trail shoes, and get comfortable running on different terrain.
