Club nights

We train Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6.45pm, at Three Hills Sports Park.

Arrive in enough time to complete a solo warm-up and dynamic stretching before the session begins at 6:45pm.

The session runs for approx 45 – 60 minutes and are led by our coaches in accordance with our 8 week plan.

Cross country training

We train for cross country on Saturday mornings at Brockhill Country Park from 1 October 2022.

Training takes place each week except on days where there is a cross country fixture.

Runners should bring cross country spikes or trail shoes, a flask of hot beverage, and cake (optional).

Meet in the car park at 9am and car share if you can. There are parking charges at Brockhill.
