Training is back from 13 April 2021!
Learn how training will run, and what you need to do before coming along.
Training during coronavirus
We train Tuesday and Thursday nights, 6.30pm – 8.00pm, at Three Hills Sports Park.
We meet in the downstairs locker room where the club chairperson will announce any club news or updates.
The session runs for approx 45 – 60 minutes and are led by our coaches in accordance with our 8 week plan.
After a short warm-up, we’ll do led dynamic stretching before beginning the nights activity.
