Sunday saw the return of the Sandwich 10k boasting a new improved flatter course. Four FRC runners braved the heat. First home was Karla Larnder in a time of 46:16 finishing 42nd 6th woman and 3rd in the 40-49 age category. Phil Bridges weas next to finish in 52:09 followed by Tony Scott in 54:15 with Paul Hannay in 57:59. Well done to all.
