This weekend was the Cliff top challenge in aid of Breast Cancer Now, with options of 55, 36, 26, 15, 10 and 5 mile races ending with a well deserved party on Walmer Green. Colette Windsor, in her first ever ultra-marathon, and Jennifer Quinn did the cliff top challenge 36 miles (which was actually 39!) from Appledore to Walmer. The pair finished in a fantastic time of 9:42:22 and smiled the whole way round. Simon Coffey, after running hard at the annual Folkestone Running Club Summer Relay and coming in first, ran the 15 mile option from Capel to Walmer.
