Parkrun tourism and some lovely Kent hills.

Last weekend a small contingent of FRAC members took part in the Mount Ephraim 10k: a tough hilly course and on the day the weather was very hot making this a tough race. First home was Karla Lardner who was 2nd lady and 1st Female Vet 45 in 47:31 Next was Simon Coffrey in 48:46, he was followed by Andrew Hadlow in 50:53. Martin Smith 53;02 Sarah Nunn 54:16 who was also 3rd Female Vet 45, Anthony Scott 57:37 and Jennie Smith 1:06:19. Well done to all!
