It was a weekend of Pb’s and Christmas costumes for FRC. Saturday saw the Annual Tinsel run on the Leas and several runners achieved personal best performances for the course. These were Tristan Bruce, Rob Collier, Paul Hannay and Phil Maull. Some of the club park run regulars also entered in to the festive spirit by dressing up for the occasion. Well done ladies – fantastic effort!.

Just down the road in Betteshanger Park, the 15th Christmas Cracker took place. 10 FRC runners took part. Karla Larnder was 1st female Vet 45 and 5th lady with Vicky Scott 4th lady on gun times . Vicky was also 3rd in the senior female category. Ollie Collier was first Junior male while Deirdre Coombs was first female Vet 65. Gary Brazier also had a brilliant race producing a pb 40 secs quicker than his previous best time for 5 mile course
