Club nights

We train Tuesday and Thursday nights at Three Hills Sports Park.

We meet inside Three Hills for 6.30pm for a briefing, before everyone heads out for a 10 minute warm-up, either on the track or the surrounding roads.

This is followed by a led dynamic stretching session before the main session begins.

The sessions run for approx 45 – 60 minutes and are led by our coaches in accordance with our 8 week plan.
