Each year we take part in the East Kent Summer Relay series against other East Kent running clubs.
As of 2026, there are 6 events and the final event in Canterbury ends with a picnic and prize-giving ceremony.
We enter competitive teams, as well as non-competitive teams, so all abilities are welcome and encouraged.
To take part, look out for the sign up form which will be sent out via email, facebook and WhatsApp in the week before each event.
Race format
Each event takes place on a Tuesday evening.
Each relay leg is a short out-and-back loop of under 3 miles, and each team member runs the same route.
Competitive teams will score points according to their finish position against other clubs, with points added throughout the series and final standings confirmed at the final event.
