Folkestone Running & Athletics Club (FRAC) is hosting two free evening training sessions for women who want to run in the dark, or alone, but feel nervous about it. Let’s be safe together!
Let’s lift the curfew!
The coaches at FRAC will help women to gain the confidence when they are not able to run outdoors in the dark or by themselves. This may be because women are afraid or otherwise anxious.
FRAC aims to empower women and encourage positive change in a safe and friendly environment. Creating a social group where everyone feels welcome, safe, and valued.
The two sessions will be held at the Three Hills Sports Park on Monday January 6th and 13th from 18.30 to 19.30hrs.
Numbers are limited so please contact me asap to put down your name for a reservation.
Please email me if you have any questions!
