We currently offer full senior members a single coached training session each week.
You will need to pre-register for each training session and agree to abide by our coronavirus training and data-sharing agreement.

You will be training at your own risk, and you must not attend if you are shielding or displaying symptoms.
There will be two training sessions offered each Tuesday:
- Coached interval training – Speed based training as per the 8 week plan.
- Coached distance run – Steady running in small groups at set paces
Both sessions will be held entirely at Three Hills Sports Park and will begin at 6:45pm sharp.
To avoid loitering, you should arrive no earlier than 6:30pm.
You will be grouped into small groups of 5 runners, and 1 coach.
Within each group, you must still maintain social distancing of at 2 metres.
Training groups will be set by the coaching team and you must not interact with any other groups.
Members of the same household will be placed in the same group where possible.
All coaches are volunteering their time, at their own risk, and their directions should be respected without fail.
The facilities at Three Hills Sports Park (such as lockers, water fountains, showers, or vending machines) will not be available to members.
The single exception to this are the downstairs toilets, which should only used in an emergency: If you need to use the toilet during a session, you do not need to ask permission.
You should arrive to the session dressed ready for training, with your own full water bottle, and return home after to change and/or shower.
You must pre-register for each session you wish to attend.
Pre-registration does not guarantee you a place; if sessions are over subscribed a lottery will be held by the coaching team to determine attendees.
Anyone declined a place on a session will be guaranteed a place the next session they register for.
Runners who attempt to attend without pre-registering will be asked to leave and may be banned from registering for future sessions.
For each Tuesday session, registration will:
- open no later than midday the Wednesday before.
- close no earlier than midnight the Saturday before.
Each Sunday the coaching team will email registered runners to confirm their:
- confirmed place at training
- assigned coach
- meeting location (will be within the boundary of Three Hills Sports Park.)
