Social run

Following the UK Government’s current advice, all club training and social events are cancelled until further notice.

There is a social run each Thursday starting at 6.30pm from Three Hills Sports Park.

Led by qualified coaches, the runs will vary between 4 – 8 miles with members running in groups and no runner being left alone. The runs often incorporate loops so faster runners can do more miles and slower runners can do less.

The runs are suitable for all abilities as long as the runner can safely and comfortably run the distance miles. The sessions are ideal for those who are:

  • returning from injury
  • racing at the weekend
  • looking for an enjoyable run with a friendly group
