1. Try our training

We train twice a week: Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Read about our training sessions in our 8 week training plan.

We meet at Three Hills Sports Park in the downstairs locker room (turn right as you enter the sports centre).

Email membership@folkestonerunning.club to let us know you’re coming or to ask any questions.

On your first night we’ll pair you up with an experienced runner to guide you through the session: Although we’re proud to be a mixed ability club we do ask that all new members can comfortably run 5 kilometres (parkrun distance) before joining.

You are welcome to try a few sessions for free before deciding to join.
