We are currently unable to allow prospective new members to try our training for free.

We hope to be able to welcome potential new members for a few free sessions soon; in the meantime our sessions are for full paid-up members only.

If you choose to join us you will be able to register for training straight away.

1. Try our training

We train twice a week: Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Read about our training sessions in our 8 week training plan.

We meet at Three Hills Sports Park in the downstairs locker room (turn right as you enter the sports centre).

Email to let us know you’re coming or to ask any questions.

On your first night we’ll pair you up with an experienced runner to guide you through the session: Although we’re proud to be a mixed ability club we do ask that all new members can comfortably run 5 kilometres (parkrun distance) before joining.

You are welcome to try a few sessions for free before deciding to join.

2. Choose your membership

Part-year senior membership – £20

You can:
– attend any of our training sessions
– race in club-organised events
– attend club social events
– enter events under the club’s name

Your membership fee includes England Athletics affiliation which gives you money off most UK road race entry fees and a range of other benefits.

England Athletics affiliation is mandatory for cross-country or track and field events.

The membership year runs until 28 February 2021.
